Great location for anyone coming to explore the city. We found ourselves about 5 minutes from most attractions we went to. Having the pool to cool down on the hot days was a great feature. The dining room was fantastic for family dinners and game/music time. It might have seen us more of us than even th living room.

Great Location and House

The house was perfect for our group! Very charming interior and very walkable to town/everything we needed! There was more than enough space for 12 of us and the outdoor area was great for lounging around.

Really good visit for a larger group! Great down town access, clean, good property owners. Would have loved one or two extra bathrooms as we were in town for a wedding, but with historic housing that's hard!

Great place to ring in the New Year!

Great place to ring in the New Year! Perfect location to walk to the waterfront (about 15m), the pool was heated, and kids enjoyed the sleepover in the 3rd floor bunkbed room.

Great Property in Heart of Historic District

Celebrated a family member's 40th birthday with family from all over the country. The property was phenomenal, and the pool was a luxury we were lucky to have! Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time. There were 7 ladies celebrating their 70th birthdays. The house and area worked out perfect for us. Very central location. Always felt safe. We have all been friends for over 55 years and are blessed that we are all still able to enjoy walking and exploring the area. There are lots of stairs in the house but we knew that before booking. The house and pool were very clean and great communication.

FIVE STAR PLUS Accomodations

The house was immaculate when we arrived and the ammenities provided were above expectations. Rooms were spacious and easily accomodated all of us. Specially enjoyable was the pool in the back patio, which we used every night to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Overall, excellent experience and accomodations, worth every penny!

This house was AMAZING! Plenty of room for our group of 13, was very clean, and included all of the necessary amenities. It’s also in a very convenient location in historic Savannah. We were able to walk to all of our dinner reservations and tours. The pool was also a huge hit! Our kids loved having the pool right in the backyard! We all agreed that we would stay here again!

Above and beyond expectations

This house occupied 4 adults and 5 children. 14 to 9. Besides clean and comfortable, it was in the absolute best location. The pool is charming and enjoyed by all of us!!

Mother Daughter Birthday Weekend

12 of us traveled down from the Northeast for a first time visit to Savannah. The house was perfect for large group of women, most had their own bed and plenty of personal space. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to prepare meals. The house was centrally located we could walk to most places. The pool was an added bonus. Most agreed the house was one of the best places they have stayed in this far.

Mint Julep girls weekend

My self and 7 girl friends visited Savannah for a 50th bday get away. We stayed at Mint Julep and were blown away at how unbelievably beautiful the home is!! Every room is uniquely and elegantly decorated. The beds were all so incredibly comfortable. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do/see! Check in and out was so easy. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was in a great location. It accommodated my party of 12 for my 50th birthday. One of the rooms was a little warmer than the rest of the house. They didn’t have a working coffee pot but then they brought us one two days later. They did accommodate us by letting us check in early and checking out late for the Miner misunderstandings. Overall, I would stay there again.

Repeat booking, excellent location, great communication with rental agency. We love the pool but unfortunately it never got up to the spa temperature. Pool maintenance was called and we thought it was fixed but heater kept cutting off after a few seconds. Besides that we love this house and would definitely stay here again. Beautifully decorated,

Friends in their 70s

This is a beautiful property! For 11 women in our age range there were a bit too many stairs. With no bathroom on the main level it was difficult. The neighborhood is close to many things and two car parking was helpful. The management company was quick to respond to our minor needs.

Birthday weekend rental.

This house is very cute. The location is excellent and it is very cozy. The beds are comfortable. The small soaking pool in the back is extremely nice and perfect for a group staying in the house. The pool was used everyday of the rental. The kitchen is only very basically stocked. A very minimum of bathroom products such as soaps are provided. The primary bedroom does not have a king bed. Overall, given the space, style of house, swimming pool and location, I would rate this house just over 4 stars.

Awesome Girls Trip

The house has been completely remodeled and it looks great. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and great water pressure. The washer did not work upstairs. You will need to have that looked at. The wooden railing on the front steps is not very sturdy. They could be replaced. Everything was great! We would definintely stay there again. Thanks.

The pool was not warm enough to use and, we even explained this to management. This was a huge disappointment to our kids. The WIFI WAS HORRIBLE!! I honestly don’t think I’ve stayed in a home with the WIFI this bad before. The TVs barely worked bc of the poor WIFI. I wouldn’t recommend this home unless these things are fully addressed.
