About this property

Spacious 5 Bedroom Home, two blocks to FSU. Oversized parking for up to 8 cars

Single family home on a large lot, big backyard and a cool front porch to hang out on. One of the biggest feedback we get is how large the house is on the inside. You can be on one side of the house and not hear anyone. Two family rooms also, 5 bedrooms in all.

Perfect for large families or traveling work crews.

Close to FSU (3 min drive... or 10 min walk). Easy 10 minute drive to FAMU or TCC. It is walkable to Doak Campbell Stadium for games, straight down Basin St. This home offers multiple rooms that spread out in such a way that you can be on one end of the house and not hear someone on the other. There are two family rooms, plenty of space to spread out. Covered car port for two cars and plenty of add'l parking. Fully furnished in comfortable beds and cozy furniture, this house is our home away from home, and can be yours as well!

Awesome home and location to FSU. Also easy to shopping, restaurants etc. Mike and Kim were amazing hosts and communication was quick and easy. House is larger thank it looks and love that every bedroom has a tv. We spent most our time inside and at FSU but the backyard is huge and the front porch is big as well. Loved the carport to keep car covered in that FL sun. Highly recommend and are looking forward to a return stay.

Disappointed

The unit is in a sketchy part of town. The grass was cut and hedges were cut but the grounds could have been neater. The front porch chairs weren’t wiped off. The moldy smell of the unit was most disappointing. The unit needs to be aired out in advance of visitors staying. The carpet needs to be removed and maybe replaced with the panel like flooring in the middle bathroom. Once we sprayed wiped down and purchased bedding sheets and towels and bath clothes, we made the most of it.
