Enjoy the ocean views from our seasonal heated rooftop pool! We are an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful area of Medano Beach. Quick Uber to downtown marina or other hot spots or order in with Uber Eats! Located near many restaurants and grocery stores including Costco and Walmart!

Brand new OXXO convenience and pharmacy opened right outside the condo.

We are Canadians who have recently obtained our Mexican Residency, we purchased this condo for our families use. We are married with 3 children who absolutely love the condo and area. We rent it out with our local property management company when we aren't able to be there. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

You won't find closer to the beach for this price point. 5 minute walk through manicured gardens to Medano beach. Extremely safe, we've been coming here for 5 years with our young children and have never felt unsafe.
