Beautiful property with fun activities close by.

House was beautiful with an amazing pool. The kids spent countless hours enjoying the sun and water. With Rotary Park only minutes away the kids enjoyed catching blue crab (early morning at the East end of the big pond using frozen shrimp and net), fiddler crabs, lizards, and some small fish. We made trips to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Beach. Sanibel still had areas closed off because of hurricane Ian but it was amazing seeing all the sights. We also made stops at Sun Splash Waterpark and Gator Mikes Family Fun Park (Groupon for the win here). We also made several trips to the nearby baseball fields where we played catch and did some hitting practice. Fishing at the house was also productive catching catfish, sheep head, and spadefish. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby or stock up at the Wal-Mart Market nearby then sit back and relax. An overall great experience for ten days!

Villa La Vista- Beyond Perfect

This property was honestly a little oasis within an area already known as paradise. It's located just down the road (walk or drive) from Tarpon Point, which offers fantastic dining options for our family, and a short drive to Cape Harbor for even more dining! Our walks through the gorgeous palm tree-lined streets in the morning were only beaten by enjoying a cup of coffee by the pool as the sun rose. The interior of this property is above and beyond what you could ever get at a luxury hotel, and the exterior amenities/views take everything up to another level. We recommend this property to anyone, and we will be back in the future to test out some world-class SWFL boating with direct access from the brand-new dock they are building!
