The Space:
This property comprises two separate units with individual entrances. The upper unit serves as a vacation home and can be accessed through the front door on the porch. Guests staying in the upstairs vacation rental enjoy exclusive use of the outside yard, decks, and hot tub. The lower unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who has access to the garage for their vehicles and storage needs. However, they do not have permission to use the yard or decks, those are reserved for our vacation guests!

SUMMER: Please also note that there is no A/C in most of the homes throughout Teton Valley. While it can get warm for a few short weeks in the middle of the summer, it is easy to keep things cool with a little "Western Air Conditioning. Opening the windows in the evening will let in the fresh mountain air, and then closing the blinds and windows during the day when you are out exploring will keep things in great shape.
