House not ready to rent

The house lacked many things. It was not fully ready to be rented. Furniture cheap and uncomfortable. One of the screws fell out of the kitchen chairs. We were afraid to sit on the sofa and chair. Kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. All bedrooms should have TVs and ceiling fans. Only 1 tv remote for 2 TVs. I requested another remote and it never came. Master bathroom door would not lock. Only 1 towel and facecloth in the bathroom. No place to hang your towels. Dressers needed in the bedrooms. No iron or ironing board. Trash receptable full. Only 1 extra trash bag. Front door knob looks like it will fall off. The house was not ready to rent. Too much missing.
