As soon as you walk in you will say to yourself "It IS a Wonderful Life!" Everything in this unit has been updated from the floors to the beautiful kitchen featuring gorgeous countertops and a beautiful backsplash.
The living room is comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating on the brand new sofa and loveseat. The master bedroom is stunning with a brand new feature wall, 9ft floor to ceiling picture window, 55" Smart TV and a brand new walk in shower. The 1st guest room is perfect for the kids and features two double beds with its own connecting bathroom. The third bedroom is over the top and features beautiful views of the sound along with a king bed, a set of bunk beds, a 50" Smart TV, its own entrance and bathroom, but is still connected to the rest of the condo. This unit is perfect for two families or just one big family. You won't miss a sunrise or sunset with the views from this stunning 10th floor condo! The owners have left 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for guest use. There is also a portable crib, high chair, a rollaway desk with monitor and several games for you to enjoy as well as a washer and dryer. Complex amenities include a pool, two hot tubs (one is extra large), covered seating and open seating at pool area, grilling area and boardwalk to the beach. This is a non-smoking building; smoking is permitted on the grounds by the BBQ grills only.

Beautifully remodeled

The condo was exactly what we needed room-wise, layout-wise, size-wise. We had a total of 4 adults, two 19 year old kids, and a 5 year old. The little bunk in the back master is perfect for a family with 1-2 little ones! The condo was just remodeled and had everything that you would ever need (even for an extended stay)! The location is excellent, the view is phenomenal, only steps away from the pool, hot tub, or beach …. a super quiet condo. The bathrooms could use some more towel racks. The floors were a bit dirty when we got there but it could have been residual from remodel (but I’m just nitpicking) as neither of these things would prevent us from not renting here again! Overall staying there was “A wonderful Week”!
