This chic, mid-century modern getaway accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, one with one king bed, second with two twins and third with one queen. All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor. Each room includes an HDTV with Roku entertainment system, providing you full access to your favorite streaming services. All bedrooms offer blackout shades for privacy and better sleep quality by blocking out external light sources. Whether an afternoon nap or a peaceful night’s sleep, the blackout shades were thoughtfully selected with our special guests in mind.

One full bathroom features combo shower/tub to accommodate any guest and comes stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The exterior area of this home boasts a long driveway for parking and plenty of space to extend your tailgate before the game beyond the garage. The backyard offers a BBQ grill for the best gameday food and seating as well. A spacious backyard can be a great place to toss or kick around a ball and for kids to burn off energy.

We are now pleased to welcome dogs for an additional fee of $75 per stay for additional cleaning measures (Exceptions - unfortunately, we do not permit the following breeds: Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Siberian Huskies, Wolf hybrids, Staffordshire Terriers, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Cane Corsos, Pitbull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas). Pet owners are required to disclose their pets at the time of booking when declaring number of guests.
We provide dishes for food and water and a bed/soft mat for the floor. Additionally, the backyard is fenced for convenience and safety/security of our guests and their pets. Please dispose of your pets feces using the trash receptacle provided.
Dogs are NOT permitted on the furniture, beds or any surfaces other than the floors. Pet owners are required to clean and disinfect any accidents which take place inside the property and promptly report them to the host to ensure our cleaners can disinfect accordingly to ensure a 5 star experience for all future guests.
Note: the driveway and front door have cameras with 24/7 surveillance (audio and video) and can be recorded for the safety and security of our guests and our home.

Enjoy multiple HDTVs throughout the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area in the basement, as well as the workspace on the main level.
The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking in the spacious driveway for up to four vehicles.
