About this property

Pool-Cozy-Retreat-Balcony-River Views-KING BED-WALK to Downtown-FREE parking

Stylish condo, located in the heart of Music City, offers a prime riverfront view with a spacious patio to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful Cumberland River. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this condo combines comfort and convenience. It's perfectly situated for those who want to be in the center of the action, less than 1 mile to Broadway and just a few blocks from Nashville's best live music venues, bars, restaurants, and attractions. —all right at your doorstep! This property is located right on the river, you may get to see some local wildlife. We do treat the property for insects however, some may still be on the patio or sneak into the condo. This unit does have thin walls so we recommend earbuds if you’re a light sleeper.
Nashville is an ever growing city so there may be construction going on during your stay!

Great place to stay. Close enough to Broadway to walk or a quick Uber. The Cumberland River is behind the apartment boats, barges and some wildlife to watch while having morning coffee on the patio. The apartment was clean. We had to wait for the cleaning crew to get done, (we arrived hour after check-in). Fun Nashville decor in the dining area. Pool was good. The gym was under renovation so did use. Would definitely stay again. Felt safe. Communicating with Raicine was easy.

Outstanding Stay & Great Downtown Location

Stayed here for 4 nights to spend time in Nashville and catch up with friends. Location was perfect. Short walk to downtown and the best part was it’s in the off-beaten part of the city. Yet still had plenty of bars and restaurants available.

Good for a girls trip

This is not a 5 star resort, but it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located if you’re looking to stay in Germantown. Slept 5 girls comfortably and the extra 1/2 bath and large mirrors were great!
