Host was very kind and easy to work with. This is his residence in Florida but he stayed with friends over the weekend to allow us the opportunity to use it. It's 10 minutes from Sebring, which was amazing for the big IMSA Sebring race. There is plenty of space for two people in the house. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot in the shower. Neighborhood is very quiet.
