**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Enjoy Walls of Windows within a canopy of aspen and pine trees from this sun-drenched, front-row/corner Greyhawk townhome. It's absolutely dreamy! Underground garage with elevator for easy transporting of luggage/gear. Walk, bike, or bus everywhere from here - to hundreds of acres of hiking/biking trails, Main Street, Snow Park Lodge, concerts, shopping, dining, and more. All winter, hop on the free bus in your ski boots - it's that simple! It's the perfect Mountain Retreat!

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
The first bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower a jetted tub and a double sink.
The second bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower a jetted tub and a double sink.
The bedroom has patio access with chairs. There is a sofa sleeper and an additional half-bathroom on the main floor. This residence also has a full kitchen, patio, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, sofa sleeper, jacuzzi tub, shared parking garage and grill.
*Please note that this residence does not have air conditioning.

Great home base in Park City

Great location walkable to downtown PC and with very convenient and frequent free busses straight up to Deer Valley. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was fairly well stocked for quick meals. Convenient parking situation. Hosts were very responsive to questions/requests including having baby gear ready for us which was very appreciated. Only real downside is that you’re right above the deer valley access road so you do get some road noise.

Comfortable and Convenient - Would book again.

The place was exactly as advertised, conveniently located and very nice for a family of four on a ski-trip. As others mentioned in prior review, the downstairs bedroom which is located right next to an entrance to the unit and far away from the master bedroom which is 2 floors up may feel a bit isolated for young kids. Our only issue was that the unit is noisy as it is right on the main street (Deer Valley Road), especially the downstairs apartment. Other than that, the place is great and we would book it again, the communication with the host was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.
