Perfect Property

This was a perfect property for our trip to Dayton. Check in was amazingly easy. The property was super clean and pictures very accurate. The location is in a safe neighborhood and close to so many things. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!!! Thank you Theresa!!

A good location for visiting the Dayton area.

Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall.

Lovely Home

This property was exactly as described. Owner was very prompt in responding to messages. Very nice house in a quiet area. Would recommend this home to others.
