Saltwater Haven #C-1804 is a 2BR+Bunk/2BA condo in Boardwalk Beach Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties.. Located on the 18th floor, it's just the right level for the spectacular Gulf of Mexico views and high enough to be away from the pool noise. The unit has 1380 square feet, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans and tile flooring throughout the entire condo.

The spacious Living Room has a wonderful view of the Gulf and features a comfortable sofa, two chairs with ottomans & a ceiling fan. You can also enjoy free wireless internet and a 51 inch Samsung HDTV. The fully equipped Kitchen features newer appliances, granite countertops, and has everything you need to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. The Dining area has comfortable seating for 8 along with 3 bar stools. The Dining area also features a tropical chandelier.

The Master Bedroom has a KING size bed with a high quality mattress, a ceiling fan and a 43 inch Vizio HDTV. Enjoy the spectacular views of the emerald coast with floor to ceiling windows and a separate entrance to the balcony. The en-suite Master Bathroom has a walk-in closet, double vanity, separate shower and a large Jacuzzi tub.

The Guest Room also features a King size bed with a high quality mattresses. It also has a ceiling fan and a 43 inch Vizio HDTV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

The BUNK ROOM features a twin/full bunk bed, a door that separates it & a TV making it perfect for kids of all ages!

Have a cup of coffee or beverage while you enjoy the gorgeous view of the gulf & resort pool from the balcony. The large private balcony has entrances from the living room and master bedroom. There's plenty of seating at the table with 4 chairs or the 2 separate swivel chairs.

This oceanfront condo includes access to Boardwalk Beach Resort's shared, on-site amenities that include 6 Acres of Private Beach, Under the Boardwalk Bar and Grill, 2500 sq. ft. zero entry HEATED POOL with a beautiful waterfall, 2 Gulf Side Hot Tubs and Interactive Children's Splash Zone Pool Area. There is also a "Corner Store" Marketplace with Starbucks coffee.

A family friendly facility with a restaurant/store available on the first floor. The beach is right outside which is excellent. The room was very clean.

Great stay with kids

We had a great stay- 3 adults and 2 kids- plenty of room in the condo. Just a short drive away from grocery stores to stock up on food. The pool was fantastic and probably the kids favorite part. Communication was incredibly fast and when a smoke detector needed its battery changed at 8pm she was there within 20 min to change it. Wonderful condo!

Excellent property and vacation

We had a fantastic stay in Panama. The staff clearly work hard to maintain this facility and it shows. We loved how close the property is to several restaurants and stores but also quiet in the evening. The condo was spotless and well maintained. We will definitely book here again.

Great Stay

The property is just as you see it in the photos, the condo was very clean and its nice to have 2 king size beds and the bunk room was just fine for our 5 and 8 year old grandsons I would stay here again and the complex has a nice heated pool and hot tubs and a splash area for kids. also I feel we had plenty of bath towels and they have a nice washer and dryer in its own area its not in the kitchen like you find in a lot of condo's B Chadwell

Washer and Dryer may need some repair. Washer did not drain all the way in several cycles and dryer took several cycles to dry thoroughly. TV in the Master was TOO complicated to understand how to work with multiple remotes. Other than that... It was a nice condo in a beautiful location.

Tropical paradise

The room was spectacular overlooking the ocean and pools. It was high enough that everyone enjoyed being on the balcony. Right on the beach which is so convenient for families and pools if you get tired of the beach. The condo is close everything. I highly recommend checking this out, not to mention the host are a huge help!

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was great and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and everyone we met was super nice. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond when we couldn’t get in with the key code. (Old folks operator error…our fault) 😂 We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed this property immensely. We hope to return again next year if they’ll have us!

Family Vacay - (beach therapy)

Overall property and location is great and staff is friendly. Our kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Loved the patio table and view from the balcony. My coffee drinkers were disappointed when they weren't able to find the Starbucks as advertised. The gulf was rough during our stay so poolside it was. There's a very nice pool with hot tubs, however we found the pool rules rather strick.

Cozy condo with beautiful view of ocean

This condo was just what we needed for our trip to Panama to see our son get married. While there, we enjoyed our stay on comfortable beds and beautiful views of the ocean. The pools, bar & grill onsite were all amazing and you’re right on the beach too! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. Will definitely book again in the future.

Honestly the pics do not do this place justice. If you have a question they message back almost immediately! The review of their condo AMAZING! The place is stocked with dishes, utensils, pits and pans. The beds are comfortable! It is spacious for a condo. The price is also reasonable!

Super Nice

We have stayed at over 10 different places in Panama City Beach over the years. This unit was by far the best of the lot. The decorating was fabulous and the view was unequaled. There were absolutely no problems with the elevators. They were quick and there was an abundance of them. Parking was a breeze. Danny was easy to work with and a very nice man. The description of the property was absolutely truthful. We are defintiely rebooking this unit the next time we come down.

Amazing resort but maintenance is needed

Quick check in and quick response to door needing repaired. Beds were super comfortable and all appliance worked. View off balcony was stunning ! Furniture was oversized and crowded dining and living room. Towels needed replaced. Sofa cushions and chair cushions in living room we’re very dirty !!! Baseboards in guest bathroom was wet and peeling apart…..bedroom closet was broken and would not close. Lightbulbs needed replaced in bedroom, refrigerator and bathroom. I would not stay here again

annual beach vacation

Second time staying in the unit. Very well furnished and suited our needs perfectly. The mattress and pillows in MBR were the best. The only things i would point out to the owners is the footstools in the living room could stand to be steam cleaned. Also, the wall across from the laundry room appears to have started being painted and not completed. i only bring up to let the owners know if they didn’t already. This is the 4th year in a row we have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort and the overall resort meets are needs, Highly recommend!

Great location & beautiful facility

The location and facility were great! The pools and hot tub areas are well maintained and nice. The garage was amazing and we had zero issues with parking. The condo itself is need of updating and deep cleaning. The beds were ok. The view was great. The 3rd bedroom is tiny without a closet. Overall was good, just covered couches with sheets to sit on because they needed cleaning.

AWESOME Jazz Fest Weekend

Great location, awesome view of the beach/gulf coast. The master bed was soooo comfortable, I slept like a baby. Not sure about the operations of the TV's as they were somewhat challenging to watch other channels besides the local and depressing news.

The room was fabulous, clean and spacious. I had a few questions and the owner responded immediately. It’s great for a larger family! If we all travel together again we will certainly check this rooms availability! This was our third time back to The Broadwalk and we just don’t want to stay anywhere else. No elevator or parking issues and so close to everything. The security and Tiki staff are all so friendly and professional! We can’t wait to come back this summer.
