New cabin close to multiple trails. 2 bedrooms: king bed in primary, queen and full bed in second bedroom, sofa bed; sleeps 8. Great location close to the trails but only 25 minutes to Princeton and Bluefield. Fully stocked kitchen. Charcoal grill also and Fire pit with firewood also provided.

Perfect house and location for ATV riders

Perfect spot for a group to stay and ride the trails. Clean, updated, safe/convenient location, and privacy are all words that can describe this place. Large driveway that you can enter at both ends was a huge plus for 3 trucks and 3 car haulers, and still provided leftover/additional space for parking. Chad was also a great host as you can tell he looks after his place and guests. Also very responsive. Everything that could be needed, even an ample amount of firewood, was provided. Would definitely stay at this house again when visiting.
