Settle into this newly updated luxurious home with great outdoor entertainment areas to soak in the expansive views. Perched above the Columbia River and nestled in the apple orchards, you will find yourself worlds away yet only a short drive to Lake Chelan, Gamble Sands Golf Course, Lone Point Winery and more. Bring your boat, paddleboards and kayaks to explore the River from the private dock.

Our spacious high-end vacation rental is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. This inviting retreat features 3 bedrooms, a bunk nook with trundle, a daybed and 3 bathrooms to accommodate everyone in your group. Enjoy the use of a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a comfortable living area for relaxation, a large media room for entertaining, a screened-in sunroom and sprawling outdoor areas complete with barbecue grills, a Solo fire pit, and an artisan pizza oven all with incredible views.

The Sweet Spot sleeps 10 total with 8 individual beds (2 kings and 6 twins). Perfect for 2 foursomes.
Bring your boat, paddleboards, and kayaks to explore the wide Columbia River.
If you head over to the “Brewster Pool”, the confluence of the Columbia and Okanogan Rivers, during salmon season you might be in the company of other boats, but it’s likely on your trip there from the Sweet Spot’s dock, you will have the wide open water to yourself.

Fantastic house location for a guys golf trip. Beautiful setting right on the water and housed all 8 of us. Communication with owner was very good and she responded very quickly with a few questions we had. House is nicely stocked with everything we needed. We will defiantly be back to this VRBO.

Guys annual golf trip & this was the perfect accommodations. Easy access to the river was the perfect start & ending to the day with a cold plunge. Close to Gamble Sands and all the amenities we needed.

Why they chose this property
Brewster is a quaint quiet farming town sitting on the Columbia River in Eastern Washington. It’s only ½hour from Lake Chelan but we imagine it was what an undeveloped Chelan might have felt like 50 years ago. The only crowds are apple and cherry trees, the sightseers are the large variety of birds that migrate here in the summer and it most of the time it may feel like you have the whole expansive river to yourself.
