House with 8 rooms, 2 suites, air conditioning, 1 room of servants (included in the eight) this without air: 8 bathrooms, 2 in the Suites with showers, 3 Social with showers, 1 for the use of the servants with shower and 2 without shower. 1 PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL with adult and children finite edge on 2nd floor, 2nd POOL on the ground floor, 3 leisure areas, 2 grills, 3 complete kitchens with all utensils, 2 dining and living rooms, one of them equipped with DVD, Cable TV , WIFI Internet, HDTV and sound. Fitness equipment.
House located in a closed street (no exit), exclusive for only 5 houses, with security with audible alarm.
