*Two portable air conditioners are included during warm weather months. There is one in the upstairs bedroom, and one on the middle floor living/dining/kitchen area.

*During the cooler seasons, the portable A/C's are intentionally uninstalled and stored away. Should you require the portable A/C's be available during cool seasons, please notify the host in advance so we can install it before your stay.

*Please not disconnect or attempt to relocate the portable air conditioners. They are securely installed to properly ventilate exhaust out the window.

*The ground floor areas do not have air conditioning, but there are multiple portable fans inside the house.

* The house is equipped with radiant floor heat, and a thermostat on each level to adjust each zone to your preferred level of warmth.

*Parking is allowed along the public street only. It is free and does not require a permit. There are typically spaces available on our street near the townhome community.
