Family-friendly neighborhood. My children enjoyed being able to fish in the pond behind the home. Close to town. The house was wealth worth the money. It was big, clean, and had games for all ages in the home. It was a nice getaway home!

Perfect place for our family gathering! The spacious living area, large windows looking out a the pond, and the back patio made everything really comfortable! Tray is a great host and easy to communicate with. We'll be back for sure!

Upon arrival, we were impressed as the home was cute and tidy. That changed drastically as we found hair EVERYWHERE. On the toilets, showers, on the clean towels, in the bed, etc. There were multiple wads of hair on the floor and the baseboards were filthy. The host was quick to respond but denied that the home could be dirty because he lives there, even though I sent pictures. I asked if I could email him video evidence as well, but he didn't provide that contact information. I personally picked up hair, disinfected his toilets and showers, washed every single towel in the home, yet he was rude and said I just like to complain and said we should leave. We were in town for a major event and all hotels and VRBOs were already booked. Leaving was not an option. There were also wadded up linens thrown on the closet floors and A RAZOR BLADE in the drawer of the dresser in my 8 year olds room in this house. When I mentioned these, he said those were his personal spaces and suggested that we could not look in those places. He was very difficult and unprofessional. We were also surprised that he didn't provide simple basics such as soap and toilet paper. We had to unexpectedly make a run for supplies. He said he would try to get a cleaning crew to the home, but it never happened.

Baseball weekend

We stayed at Tray’s house while playing in a baseball tournament in Abbeville. The house was very convenient to get to the park. It was a peaceful location and the house had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Tray is a wonderful host and was very accommodating to our group!
