It’s a beach house with great ocean views and a three minute walk to the beach. ALL potential guests must speak directly with us within 24 hours of reservation requests. Must be at least 30 years of age to rent. Primary guest must be in attendance for entirety of stay. (STRICTLY ENFORCED) 5 bed/3 bath Sleeps 10. Parking for 3 vehicles under home. Additional vehicles must park in overflow lot. No trailers allowed under home. Smoking and vaping not allowed inside house. No pets allowed.
Linens include bed linens and pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. GOLF CARTS - Custom 4 seat golf cart for additional fee (*Operators 25+ with valid license only - STRICTLY ENFORCED). Ocean Lakes charges fee of $12 per day/per car* to access community. *Fees subject to change at any time. Main level boasts open floor plan with 10’ ceilings, ceiling fans and ocean views. Large kitchen with 8 seat dining table and a 3 seat breakfast bar. Sofa, love seat, and chair with ottoman. Laundry, large bedroom with queen bed and Full bath. Upper level boasts vaulted ceilings in every bedroom. Huge ocean facing primary bedroom suite has king bed and ocean views. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms on the second floor. Ceiling fans, closets, dressers. Samsung LED Smart TV’s in every room. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, side by side fridge w/ice maker, outdoor convection gas grill, air fryer, electric wine opener, Dual (Kuerig and traditional) coffee maker, and more! We supply foaming hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen. Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining for 10, sun loungers and additional seating. Large main level west-facing deck with cafe seating and umbrellas. Massive ground level entertainment deck with disk swings, hammock, convection gas grill, dining for 18, night time party lights, private outdoor hot/cold shower, and covered parking. OCEAN LAKES AMENITIES: 19 beach access points along the oceanfront with dedicated handicap and golf cart parking access) Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong. Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit. Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc. Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
