Housepitality - The City View Suite

Summary:

Location, Location, Location! This perfect-sized studio is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. Our apartment is a modern, industrial space that has been designed specifically to be just what 1 - 2 people would need. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, kitchen with sink, oven/range and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!



The Space:

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, and has great views of the city! We have 1 dedicated parking space right outside the entry door to the building. Once up stairs you will find an inviting apartment with lots of light and modern updates.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

Location, Location!

This small upstairs apartment was neat, and comfortable. We were a short walk from The Book Loft, Staufs Coffee House, the weekend farmers market and the fabulous Lindy’s Restaurant.

Apartment In German Village

The apartment was in a very welcoming neighborhood, and near downtown. Everything is accurate to the pictures as well. The only “concern” we had, were dusty floors. Very nice place to stay!

Really nice

The whole process was very easy from beginning to end. We enjoyed the suite because it was nice and clean. Talking to management was easy and gave me a great sense of ease. It was also nice to be able to walk to a few places from the suite itself. I did have a few nit-picky things but it's not worth mentioning since it doesn't affect it from receiving a 5 star review.

Cute studio but would not recommend

This is a cute swanky studio in the heart of downtown close to everything. But if you’re looking for a relaxing stay, this is not the place. It is right off of the road which you can hear every little thing, cars, construction at 2:00 am., etc. You can also hear the tenant that’s downstairs And everything that they’re saying and doing. And if you have an issue and call the emergency line forget about it, They don’t even get back to you in a timely manner.
