Rowayton - Close To Town, Park & Beach

Enjoy easy access to everything Rowayton has to offer from this perfectly located home base. Located on a dead end road with low traffic makes for a relaxing environment. Grill on the back deck or listen to some music at the fire pit. Getting around is a breeze when you're so close to everything. Walk to Pinkney Park, bike to Bayley Beach or just stroll through town for an ice cream on a hot summer day. In a family friendly, dog friendly environment you'll no doubt love this little town.
The space:
Enjoy the privacy of the entire house consisting of 3 rooms upstairs: 2 clean bedrooms with closets. The 3rd room has a desk and a queen sleeper sofabed/couch, the pullout bed will be made up upon request or will remain a sofa. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen and eat in dining area. Theres an enclosed porch with a sectional couch which provides a descent amount of seating. Outside has a spacious deck with a grill overlooking a large fenced in yard with a fire pit. Also enough parking space for 3 cars between the driveway and street.

A 5 min walk to Pinkney Park/Town or a 5 min bike ride to Bayley Beach.

Great Home and Great Location!!

Great home and great location!! The home has everything you need and more. Is very clean and everything was nicely labeled and came with a great guidebook to navigate everything in the home. There is a great private deck and backyard to enjoy. All while being close to town!! Owners were very responsive and great to communicate with!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Short summer getaway

Dan and Sue are wonderful! The property is charming with ample supplies, good furniture and a fantastic yard! Close walk to town with all the enjoyments Rowayton has to offer. They are particularly gracious hosts who are responsive, kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend!

CT Shore Getaway

This house was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway! The house was immaculate, every detail had been well thought out. We were able to walk to town, bike to the beach, used the kayaks, and relaxed on the enclosed porch. We can’t wait to go back!

Magical Home

This immaculate house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Dan and Sue had thought of every possible detail to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, relaxing on the back porch, walking around town and attending a performance of Romeo and Juliet a couple of blocks away at Pinkney Park. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful home and hosts!

What a wonderful home and stay! We had to move out of our home suddenly for repairs and wanted to find somewhere close that was welcoming and this place was. First, Dan and his hosting abilities are incredible! It was icy, so he brought salt. He asked about the age of my daughter and left milk and other items in the fridge.Second, the home. It is so nice and clean. I have never stayed at a Vrbo this clean before. The directions, posted signs around the house, and care of what was left for guests is second to none.Third, the area. It was so quiet around the home and absolutely beautiful during the holiday season. I was able to walk to get coffee each morning at the Rowayton Market and the neighbors greeted us when we walked our dog.If you are looking for a place to stay in southern Fairfield, this is it!
