Great location! Very central to everything. Beautiful neighborhood and the place was very clean! We hope to stay here again when we return to Charlotte.
The apartment was very large and spacious, beautiful, totally clean, and outfitted well. The location is very convenient and I was grateful the street parking was safe. I would definitely stay there again.
Overall its a super cute place!! Super clean, relatively quiet neighborhood. Great spot for a quick weekend trip or business trip solo or with your significant other. The only con about this place is the furniture was super uncomfortable..
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The check in was super easy, the location was exactly where we wanted to be. It was a short walk to the Spectrum Center which was our main goal. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. We would definitely recommend and stay here again when we return to Charlotte.
Located just outside the heart of the city. 10 minute walk to spectrum and truiest and 40 minute walk to Bank of America. Great neighborhood. Friendly host. Very quick at responding. Will for sure be booking again.
Apartment and area was nice. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud and I got a warning for parking on the street without a neighborhood pass, otherwise it did the job for the couple of days I was in Charlotte for business.
Very nice place. Walked to BoA Stadium which is 1.5 miles away because during events Uber is crazy expensive. Had a great time and a great stay! Thank You.
Great space to stay, centrally located to much of Charlotte's offerings. The property was clean & comfortable, check-in was simple and the host was very easy to work with.
One note - we did get a little confused with the building numbering but would come again.
If you're traveling to Charlotte would certainly recommend.
Me and my 2 grown sons flew in for. 3 day weekend to catch a cowboys game, we won. Did a lot of bar hopping watching sports. The stadium was great. Spent Monday at the NASCAR hall of fame. Everyone in Charlotte was super friendly, even with us in our cowboy attire. The south end is awesome.
I absolutely loved this condo. I was in Charlotte for a couple days of shooting scenes for a new series called "The Hunting Wives" in neighboring Concord, and this condo was such a welcome site to come "home" to after a long day of work. The neighborhood felt safe no matter what hour I was coming and going. Thank you so much for the relief of having such a comforting and clean home with easy access to highways. ᥫ᭡
My husband and I went up to Charlotte to see a concert at The Filmore and took our 19 yr old daughter so we wanted something with more room than a hotel. So happy we found this charming little place in Uptown. Super cute and great convenient location! Walking in had a pleasant smell and not that over chemical smell some places have to make you think it’s clean, it was actually clean! Thoughtful decor! We weren’t there long so we didn’t cook or make trash, but there were plenty of towels and linens etc.
Only cons I can think of was the bed was super hard and the pillows were too soft, we didn’t sleep great but fine for one night. Also in the middle of the night it was really cold, my daughter said the thermostat was at 58° when she looked. We didn’t touch the thermostat so might have been able to adjust but she just got more blankets.
Other than that we had a perfect stay, great communication and host even let us check in a little early and out a little late. Wonderful stay!
