That’s right, we’re only 4 doors from the sand — that’s a one and a half minute walk!! Neshotah Beach is incredibly clean and has a phenomenal park with activities for all ages.

Enjoy your morning coffee with toes in the sand or listen to the waves while relaxing on the balcony after a day of exploring.

Our home is enjoyable year round with A/C (window unit on each floor) in the summer months and central heat during the winter. Take in the fall colors of nearby Door County or shorten your drive home after a Packer’s game. Enjoy the Wisconsin winter with the beauty of frozen Lake Michigan and skiing at Point Beach State Forest.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you log out of any apps on TVs. Make sure ceiling fans, lights and arcade games are turned off. Close and lock windows.
Please pull trash and toss in bin. Run dishwasher - no need to put away dishes.
Please run a load of towels & move over to the dryer before you leave. *Bonus points if you start an additional load of towels in the wash. Please put outdoor furniture cushions away & lock doors
