If you've stayed in other studio's at the Royal Kahana it's time you stayed in the best unit 1204, 12th floor penthouse condo. Incredible Views. Free WiFi. Air-Conditioned. Cal King Bed. Washer & Dryer in the condo. Heated Pool. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and wake up to the view of the island of Molokai and the cost line of Napili and Kapalua. Bring your swimsuit and beach towel and just a few close because we have a washed and dryer in the condo.

You will pay the nightly rate plus Hawaii State Taxes and the cleaning fee of $175.00. When you book dates you can see the brake down of charges.
25% of the total booking is due at booking to hold your dates. The final payment is the unpaid 75% due 14 days before arrival.

**Royal Kahana has imposed $18.00 parking fee plus tax per night to be paid at resort at check in at the front desk. No resort fee just parking. If you don't have a car you will not need to pay the fee.

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am, Sorry no early check-in or late check-outs. If you need a early check-in or a late check-out book a day to cover it.

Cancelation Policy.
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100%. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Less then 7 days they won't get a refund.

No smoking in the condo or on the lanai. Smoking area is provided in front of the resort, ask front desk for location.
My condo is a no smoking, no vaping, no pets, no babies, no children, no parties, no bikes or surfboards can be in the condo at any time.

Our condo have the best view from our top floor penthouse condo compared to all the other studios, yes ours is the best. All the other studios on the lower floors do not have the view we do, that includes most of the one bedroom condos in the building. If you're going to rent a studio condo at the Royal Kahana this is the one you want. It has incredible views of the ocean and the island of Molokai and don’t forget the sunsets. In the winter from October 10th to March 10th the sun sets in the south so you can’t see it from our condo, our condo looks to the northwest. At that time you can go down to the pool deck or the yard and watch the sunset from there.

Our condo has Air-Conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer in the condo and the resort has recently remodeled the pool area. Our condo has been recently renovated too. All new granite kitchen fully equipped, the refrigerator has an ice maker. Bathroom has a walk in granite shower, bathroom towels and soaps, shampoo and body lotion.

The interior of the condo is decorated in the Hawaiian style. We have a washer and dryer with laundry soap, Iron and Ironing board. A Firm Cal King bed, bed linens. Two pool towels provided. Bring your own beach towels. In the closet you will find beach chairs an ice cooler and more.

Every morning when I'm at my condo I go for a walk on the beach. Take your cup of coffee down to the pool yard next to the ocean and step down on to the beach or walk across the resort next door and use there beach access and go for a long walk on the Kahana Bay Beach. The Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort on the Kahana Bay. Access to the shoreline and the beach in front of the Resort can be limited at times from the sand washing out due to king tides and winter storms. We normally have access to the shoreline and a small beach in spring the summer and in some of the fall months, every year is different. I cannot promise you there will be a beach when you get there so If needed you can access the beach at the other end of the Kahana Bay by using the public access just a short walk down the sidewalk two resorts or by using the resorts next door beach access.

The Royal Kahana's pool is heated and there is lounge chairs around it and lounge chairs on the grass around the front of the resort right next to the shoreline for sunbathing or watching the beautiful sunsets. Also you can use the Exercise Room the Ping-Pong Table, Shuffleboard. We also have five barbecue grills on property for you to use. In the lobby is a concierge desk for you to book your island activities. The Royal Kahana has a in house night watch person in the lobby.

Across the street in the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center is Hawaiian Village Coffee, McDonald’s, Snorkel Bob's Rentals, Whalers General Store, First Hawaiian Bank and ATM, Smile Nail Salon and Massage. There are more restaurants and bars in the area you can walk to, Dollie's Pub & Cafe, Miso Phat Sushi, Captain Jack's Island Grill.
