The perfect getaway for families or friends looking for a quiet home: 15 minutes from Savannah’s downtown historic sites and restaurants, 15 minutes from Tybee island and its beaches.
Many extras: 2 master bedrooms w/ private bathrooms, bunk beds, a large play area separated from the living room. fully equipped chef's kitchen, yard with fire-pit, XL screened patio with dining area & tv, boardgames and video games…
The space
Modern coastal vibe with 4 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa, entire house furnished by Pottery Barn. Piano and Guitar in the family room, multiple eating areas, one bedroom with dedicated work space, big closet area in each bedroom. Bunk beds (queen/twin). Common bathroom, one master bedroom with backyard access and private bathroom. Second master bedroom with private bathroom on opposite side of the house. Brand new washer and dryer. Garage converted to kids playroom (boardgames, playstation). Rocking chairs on the front porch. Spa level toiletries and towels provided.
