Professionally decorated with gallery artwork and gorgeous furnishings, this brand new construction beach cottage only 100 feet from beach. Heated pool and covered parking for 4 cars, outdoor shower, veranda and TVs in every room there is plenty of space for you and your guests. 5 mins drive to “The Hang Out”, shopping and food. ✅4 /4bathroom new cottage.
Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, TV in every room. Washer and dryer inside.

Bedroom (1): king bed, dresser, closet, TV and attached private full bathroom attached, hangers, linens, shampoo and body wash, hair dryer

Bedroom (2): queen bed and built in loft twin XL, storage drawer bed, closet, TV and shared full bath with 3rd bedroom. Linens, towels shampoo and body wash, hair dryer

Bedroom (3): mirror image of bedroom (2) with a queen bed and built in bunk twin XL. storage drawer bed, closet, TV and shared full bath with (2) bedroom Linens, towels shampoo and body wash, hair dryer

Living room - queen size memory foam sleeper sectional sofa

Main floor has with 75” TV, dining table with seating for 8, eat up kitchen with seating for 8, laundry, and full bathroom.

Kitchen: has dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, stand mixer, blender, coffee pot, all pots pans and cooking utensils, glassware and cocktail ware (plastic for safety), panini press, waffle iron and more. We provide soap and spices and cooking spray. Gas grill downstairs with propane tanks. Message for anything specific you need.

Walk out to covered Veranda overlooking community heated pool. Covered parking for 4 cars, onsite trash barrels, outdoor shower and gas grill. Public beach parking on same side street corner.

Amenities: Board games, Nintendo PS4, beach wagon, beach towels, cooler, beach bag. Only 100 feet from beach access with outdoor shower and plenty of addition public parking. House can only park 4 cars tandem underneath.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was very close to the beach, quiet area. It was very clean , comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly and responsive and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach escape!

Wish we could have stayed longer...

This was a quick trip to see a concert at the Wharf. The accommodations were perfect for our group. I will say packing luggage up two sets of stairs was a challenge for one of our friends, but we worked it out.

Best rental property

This home was awesome in every way. They had anything you could think of as far as amenities in the home. East beach access and great location. We had 5 adults and 5 kids, plenty of room for everyone. The air conditioner blew cold air and every room. We will definitely book again.

We had a little trouble with the lock and an internet outage otherwise a great trip. A lot of going up and down stairs. The pool gets crowded when the beach is too hot or full of jellyfish.

Hello Kathy Glad you had a nice trip. Our photos show the property stairs as all homes are on pylons. The internet was down for less than 20 minutes as was power and quickly turned on. Storms in the area are out of our control. Same goes for the ocean and wild life. The lock was super easy and you called me and I got you inside our beach closet.

A Beach Cottage Must

We came down to Gulf Shores for a few days with teens. House was immaculate and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms are decorated perfectly, with ample sleeping space. Heated Pool is center court and beach is literally across the street, access is a 2 minute walk. We felt safe enough to let kids cross and go freely. Location is close enough to restaurants, shops, etc., but down far enough to where it wasn’t over-crowded or noisy. Laura, our Host, was very tentative and made sure we had everything we needed and had a great time. Will definitely be back to these cottages. 10/10
