The space
As you enter the original front door from 1885, you are met with old world charm and pleasing modern updates with fresh paint, brand-new high-end furnishings and fun art work that will teach you all about the amazing inventions that happened right in Dayton Ohio... see if you can find all 8 pieces throughout the home!

With natural light streaming into the living room, you'll see the original fireplace, a new couch with dual recliners, a cozy reading corner as well as a brand new 55" TV with premium cable and high speed internet. Open the TV console to find board games for all to enjoy; or relax with a soft throw blanket and watch your favorite movie.

The dining room includes a cute table with place to eat or work, two comfy chairs to sit and read that juicy novel as well as a place to mark "where in the world" you are from!

Walking through the dining room, you will see a newly remodeled eat-in kitchen featuring granite countertops, a brand new cooktop/oven as well as dishwasher and fridge. You'll appreciate the large built-in pantry with modern kitchen amenities and places to store your food. The coffee and bar cart features a Cuisinart stainless steel coffee maker, a French press, and complimentary coffee, creamers and sugars as well as kitschy coffee mugs! You'll also appreciate both indoor and outdoor dishes and all the bar glassware you need to enjoy an adult beverage.

The bathroom features a newly painted claw-foot tub with modern decor and aesthetics. Enjoy the plush turkish towels and cushy rugs as you create a spa-like experience. You'll also find the stacked washer and dryer in the closet with detergent and dryer sheets complimentary.

The King suite features a plush, high-end Sealy mattress with topper, stylish and comfortable bedding with a 50" smart TV with Roku. You'll also enjoy a cozy chair and reading nook in the bedroom with fun decor and storage in two of the original built-in closets.

The Queen suite features a plush, high-end Sealy mattress with topper, stylish boho decor with a storage cabinet as well as clothing rack with shelves to hang your clothing.

The outdoor space features a patio, grill, outdoor eating space and fully-fenced yard with grass and nice shady trees to relax and unwind. As the home is located in an urban neighborhood, please expect some usual neighborhood noises and activity. All part of the experience!
