Well decorated apartment, 2 suites and three garages, living room, toilet, kitchen, balcony, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, complete kitchen accessories and utensils, two 42 'and 35' TVs with 168 Sky channels and TV respectively three split air-conditioners in all suites and in the liviing, three fans. The apartment has optional bed, bath and table linen, a separate fee will be charged. The bathrooms have tempered glass enclosure and electric showers.

The condominium has maid service, 24 hour concierge, swimming pool and access to the beach.
