walk to restaurants, tackle shop, bike rental, ice cream shop, convenience store and surf shop.
This is an ideal place for families or anyone desiring an easy going vacation. If you become bored with soaking in the sun, walking on the beach or swimming, take a short
trolley (bus) to Clearwater beach which has many activities for people of all ages. Busch Gardens is 35 miles away and Orlando amusement parks are a 1 hour 50 minutes drive.

Since we purchased the property Jan 2013, we have updated the balcony furniture, living room furniture and bought new washer and dryer. We had new flooring laid in 2015. We had the sliding glass doors and windows replaced 2016. New bathroom vanities in 2015. Plan on updating kitchen in 2018
We have been renting condo's in Florida yearly since 1998 and were impressed with how clean the unit is and how welcoming it is for renter's. We hope to carry on this tradition. We take extra effort to make this a place that we would want to rent.
