It was the best location in Boa Viagem.

We found several restaurants in a walking distance from the apartment. Sometimes when we wanted to eat french cooking the equipment in the kitchen had it all. Nice neighbours and the staff in the reception wo very kind and helpful. I can highly recomend this apartment.

Super indico o imóvel que aluguei com a senhora Nazaré e Andre. Alem dos dois serem super atenciosos, o imóvel é maravilhoso. Me hospedei por 4 dias, e fiquei encantada com o imóvel e com a vista que o local nos proporcionou. Apartamento limpo, com todos os equipamentos que precisamos, como louças, moveis e utensílios. Andre foi atencioso desde o primeiro contato. Dona Nazaré nos recebeu em seu apartamento, e fez toda a vistoria necessária, assim como na saida do apartamento. Porteiros super atenciosos tambem. Quando voltar a recife com certeza procurarei o imovel para ficar hospedada. um abraço.

Aconchegante, limpo, bem decorado, funcional.

Fiquei hospedada, confortavelmente, 7 dias no apartamento, ele atendeu todas as minhas expectativas, pois é exatamente igual as fotos que estão disponíveis no anúncio. É aconchegante, funcional (tem tudo que uma família precisa; é compacto), bem localizado e limpo, eu fiquei encantada com a decoração do apartamento. Durante a negociação o André foi atencioso e esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas, pois nunca havia alugado nenhum imóvel pelo site e tinha receio que desse algo errado, após alguns e-mails ele passou a confiança necessária pra fecharmos negócio. Conforme fora acordado, a Sra. Nazaré estava no momento do check-in (e check-out) e foi muito receptiva, durante a estadia surgiram algumas dúvidas em relação ao funcionamento do gás encanado e ela foi super atenciosa e esclareceu todas. A minha única queixa é em relação à cidade (Recife), achei perigosa, falta policiamento e o trânsito é uma loucura. Recomendaria de olhos fechados esse apartamento para meus familiares e amigos. Aproveito para parabenizar o André pelo extremo bom gosto, a cortina da sala é de uma delicadeza “ímpar”, tentei achar uma igual pela cidade, mas a Sra. Nazaré me informou que veio da França. Parabenizo D. Nazaré e o seu filho André pela facilidade da comunicação; realmente, tudo que procurei saber - antes de me decidir - foi respondido de forma clara e objetiva. Depois, o excelente estado do apartamento e a ótima disposição interna ( quarto, sala, varanda, banheiro, etc). Por fim, a localização é fantástica, pois está situada próxima a dois shoppings, em frente à praia, próximo ao Parque Dona Lindu, entre tantos outros lugares. Primeiramente quero agradecer a transparência e honestidade durante a negociação com André e Nazaré. O apartamento é exatamente como na foto, bonito, completo, tudo funcionando em perfeito estado e limpo. A piscina na cobertura é muito charmosa e proporciona uma vista muito bonita. Senti falta apenas de mais opções de restaurantes e comércios próximos mas ate aí um pouco de disposição resolve. Preciso voltar para conhecer a cidade pois não deu tempo, o carnaval de Recife e Olinda é intenso e consumiu todo nosso tempo e recomendo a todos conhecer o carnaval de lá...e também recomendo com certeza este apartamento. Nazare e André muito grato por tudo. Grande Abraço.

Perfect stay in Recife. Kept all its promises.

The apartment is as great as it looks on the pictures, everything went well with the handing over - the apartment is clean and really nice, close to the beach and well equipped with coffee machine, washing maschine, iron,... For a choice of restaurants you need to walk about 15min, but the area is nice and safe. Way to the airport is also short; a busstop is right in front of the building as well. We really enjoyed out time there and would for sure recommend this place to everyone.
