Charming cabin on the south side of beautiful Lake Melissa. The location is absolutely ideal; it's a quiet area but is located just minutes from all the action of lakes country. The cabin is situated on a flat lot, with a large sunroom allowing perfect views of the lake that is just steps away. The lake bottom is clean sand that stays shallow, so is perfect for swimming. 3 bed, 1 bath cabin with several recent upgrades. Sleeps 6 comfortably on 3 large beds - plus a sofa bed in the sunroom. The property includes a nice patio area (right on the water) with Solo Stove fireplace, gas grill, Blackstone griddle, 75' dock, Maui Mat, Paddle Board, yard and board games, TV/DVD and much more. Extra parking is available across the road. Close to all sorts of the area's top amenities such as WeFest (5 miles), Detroit Lakes (9 miles), Wildflower Golf Course (5 miles), Detroit Lakes Country Club (Pine to Palm) (4 miles), Pelican Lake Zorbaz/Cormorant Pub area (9 miles), Shady Hollow Flea Market (3 miles).
