Cozy and new private basement suite
Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this newly spacious place. Walk down the neighborhood to a beautiful lake.
There are many restaurants near by and everything you can think of.
Only 20 minute drive to the main shopping centre, 30 minute to downtown, and 1.5 hours to Banff.
The space
Newly renovated full basement suite featuring a queen bed and a futon which transforms into a double-bed. Provided is a functional kitchen with microwave, fridge, and stove (upon request). In addition, a brand new private washroom with a spacious shower. The basement is spacious and we provide internet and tv for your convenience.

This is a private suite in the house with private entrance. You can expect to have your own code while entering the house.
