A 3,880 square foot sprawling 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury waterfront vacation rental designed to provide you and your family a lifetime of vacation memories to cherish.

THE EXTERIOR ~ The large heated pool and large hot tub spa is located in a lush tropical setting and invites you to swim the day away. Play on the newly installed putting green right next to the waterfront dock. Catch a siesta on the sun loungers or cozy up with a good book in the lazy hammock shaded by the palm trees. Enjoy lunch “al fresco” at one of 2 outdoor dining tables next to the pool and dock. The newly installed outdoor kitchen grill with wine fridge, gas grill, and sink, will be sure to please your group's chef. The tiki hut is a favorite spot to gather for a cocktail, gaze at the canal and enjoy “island time”. The deepwater canal and private dock area at the backdoor for your enjoyment, perfect for fishing or renting a boat. Sirenia By The Sea offers direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico (no bridges!). Bring your boat!

THE BEACH ~ Anna Maria Island is blessed with sugar-white sand beaches and emerald green waters. The Gulf Beach is only 1 block from the villa (11 houses down). Beach access is directly on our street! Enjoy our newly cleaned Gulf beaches. There's no better time to visit.

THE INTERIOR ~ The house is resplendent with comfy furniture and seating for all, with two separate living areas, replete with their own large Flat Screen TV's and a flex space/bunk room to enjoy a quiet moment upstairs, no one will feel crowded!
The open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances easily accommodates a large group. The upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and premium cookware call to your “inner foodie” making cooking for a crowd a breeze. Love the new wine fridge and coffee/cocktail bar!

GRILLING - Sirenia By The Sea offers both a Weber gas B.B.Q. grill and a Weber Charcoal grill. Enjoy delicious dining al fresco or in the large dining room overlooking the pool.

As the sun sets on your beautiful day, enjoy the luxurious bedrooms where you will find a flat-screen T.V. in most rooms, superior furniture, bedding and linens to envelop you each evening.

Sirenia By The Sea offers three bedrooms on the main floor level and two more upstairs plus a flex space/bunkroom. Two families can have their own separate floors for privacy.

1 king bedroom with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower)
1 queen bedroom with designated bathroom (walk-in shower)
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with designated bathroom (walk-in shower)

Upstairs
2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (1 walk-in shower and 1 combination tub/shower)
1 double over double bunk bed (can sleep 4 on the bunk bed) in the upstairs flex space (uses one of the king bedroom bathrooms)

Extra Bedroom Info:
Three bedrooms have king-size beds, two with sitting areas, and all with their own en-suite bathrooms.
The queen-size bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and is located in its own "wing" perfect for late sleepers who crave privacy.
The twin bedroom on the first level is conveniently located close to the primary king suite if you have children in your group. The twin bedroom uses the full bathroom located down the hall.

The second floor houses 2 of the large primary bedrooms. One king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom (step in shower) and sitting area. The other king size bedroom has a waterfront view balcony with en-suite bathroom housing a shower/tub combination bathroom.

The upstairs has a great flex room with bunk beds which is ideal for chilling out or for accommodating up to four guests on the double over double mattress bunk bed. This room as doors on both sides that can be closed off for privacy. Guests in this bunkroom will share a bathroom with one of the king bedrooms upstairs. Note: to get to the upstairs king bedroom with the balcony, you have to walk through this flex space.

At Sirenia By The Sea, we have made every effort to provide all that you will need during your visit.

THE EXTRA LUXURIES ~ We offer extra luxuries that most rentals don't, such as large fluffy beach towels (72 in), beach cart, cooler, beach chairs and more. We have dish liquid soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, garbage bags, hotel size hand soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner for our guests. Hair dryers in each bathroom.

GAMES - Board games for family fun. Ping pong table with paddles and balls. Putting green, golf clubs and balls. Giant connect 4 game. Corn hole bean bag game.

BABY GEAR - We've got you Mom and Dad! One portable wooden crib with bedding, one high chair, one pack n play, one baby gate for stairs, toddler plastic dinnerware and utensils. We do not have sippy cups or bottles, please bring your own as those are more personal.

KITCHEN - We love to Cook! Double griddle, traditional coffee machine, a Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, hand mixer, slow cooker, wine fridge inside, another wine fridge (outside), 2 full size refrigerators, patio serving bowls, trays, platters, patio dinnerware and drinking cups, lots of baking dishes, etc...

Grocery stocking service and concierge services are available upon request (extra fees) so there is no need to rush to the grocery store!

FREE ACCESS to our Anna Maria Community Centre for all of your fitness needs. Workout room with free weights and fitness machines. Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Interior basketball or exterior soccer field are also available for use.

There are two high-efficiency washer and dryer units and 2 full sized refrigerators.

For the security of the property and our guests we have an exterior camera on the home to monitor over-occupancy and maintenance teams.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in
- No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES POLICY

Not covered include transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, proclamation of conflicts, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements. The AMI Home Rental cancellation policy will apply as usual.
