Perfect getaway

Very comfortable, clean, and cozy cabin! Loved the outdoor space and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Great getaway

We had a great weekend. The only complaint we had was the traffic on US-33. When we were outside in the hot tub we had our bluetooth speaker and played music to block out the traffic. We enjoyed the fire place. Absolutely relaxing and that was just what we needed!!

Overall good but could be better

The exact location is kind of hard to get to on a Sedan. The cabin is close to highway so expect vehicle noises at night. We were out of wifi for our whole stay of 2 days and while communicating, all we got was sorry for the inconvenience.

Great Cabin For 2 with a Furbaby

The Lazy Bear was a great little cabin for my husband and I to get away over New Years. We brought our sweet pup and he enjoyed his time as well. The lane up to the cabin was not very wide and it has a lot of ruts in the drive, but we had no major issue. The cabin was pretty clean and spacious. The bed was pretty comfy. The hot tub was perfect for two. The kitchen was fully stocked.....more so than other cabins we have stayed in. Fireplace was AMAZING! The location was secluded, which we loved, but you can hear the traffic on 33 the entire time you're there but it's not so bad when indoors. The communication with the property manager was great...very responsive. Our only suggestions: you REALLY need a reclining sofa/loveseat for guests since the TV sits higher, you need to invest in a better internet provider (although free WiFi was advertised, we were not able to connect the entire time we were there and the owner mentioned they might find another provider as the service is sketchy), and please provide more washcloths for guests. Overall, we loved our stay. And we loved the fact that we could bring our pup to such a nice cabin! We would definitely book again!
