Just off the Game Room is a Back Screened Porch with String Lights which give a Warm & Welcoming Vibe. The Sizable Enclosed Backyard Features Whimsical Yard Art, Tropical Plants, a Hammock for Two & a Fire Pit with Seating. When Washing Off the Salt & Sand, it’s more fun in an Outdoor Shower with the Sprayer Mounted on a Surfboard.

This Cottage Sleeps 6 in 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 - Primary - King, TV, Ensuite Combination Shower/Tub; Bedroom #2 - Queen, TV; Bedroom #3 Queen; All Bedrooms have Dresser/Closets for Unpacking. Bedrooms #2 & #3 Share a Hall Bath with Combination Shower/Tub. A Honeywell Germ Free Cool Mist Humidifier is available. The Laundry Closet has Full-Sized Washer/Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board.

Limit of 2 dogs -**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Failure to follow this will result in additional cleaning charges.


Please note: Linens are included with your reservation, and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.
