This attractive fully remodeled home sleeps 8 and features a fireplace, 65 inch Smart TV, a full kitchen with a large island for 6, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms with double sink vanities.

The house has an open floor concept that seamlessly combines the newly-remodeled kitchen with an oversized dining area and features bay windows which provide lots of natural light.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this ideally located home. We are 7 minutes away from O'hare Airport, 7 minutes from Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, 12 minutes from AllState Arena, 13 minutes from River's Casino, 14 minutes from Rosemont Convention Center and short distance from expressways or public transportation that give you easy access to everything the beautiful city of Chicago has to offer.

The living room has two 3-seat tan leather couches for you to watch your favorite shows and movies on a 65 inch flat screen HD TV. With the bay window overlooking the trees in the back yard, it is perfect place to snuggle in with a great book by the fireplace or play board games.

If you are a cook, we have a perfect kitchen for you! Fully renovated kitchen, including stainless-steel appliances, is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need to make a hearty and delicious meal for you and your loved ones.

Our master bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress and bedding, closet space, as well as a private in-suite bathroom with an oversized door and a double sink vanity.

Directly across the master, a large 2nd bedroom offers another king-size bed with a new mattress and bedding, as well as closet space. In the large closet, you will find a Graco pack and play and a highchair.

The 3rd bedroom offers a full-size bed with a twin-size underside sliding trundle and closet space, perfect kid’s getaway. Both beds feature new mattresses and bedding.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a double sink vanity.

Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Startup laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags is provided. It should be enough for 2-3 days. If you plan on staying for an extended period of time, additional items can be purchased from nearby stores.

Security: In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with an exterior camera overlooking the front yard with the driveway. The camera is ONLY on the exterior. There are no cameras on the inside.
