This 7 bedroom, modern, Vegas themed decor house is the perfect place for guests wanting close proximity to the Strip & airport. Only a 5 min drive straight down Sunset blvd to the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign at the front of the strip! Same distance to the airport. The Raiders stadium, UNLV, and T mobile arena are all close by for sporting events aswell. This 2 story house has 2 master sized bedrooms, 3 standard rooms, and two converted closet bedrooms. Sunset park is just across Eastern and has a children’s water park, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, frisbee golf , and a lake that is all open to the public.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Just a reminder check out is at 11am. Unless previously approved for a later check out time please be prompt as a cleaning team will be there at 11am to prep the house for the 3pm guests.
Please take out all of your trash to the outside bins, put dishes in washer, towels can be left in bathrooms. Maids will take care of the bed linens.

Our stay was good. It was close enough to the Strip and Fremont street so we could do everything we had planned. The mattresses could use an upgrade as a few of them were quite squeaky. Our biggest issue was that 2 of the “bedrooms” were actually closets and we didn’t realize that until we arrived. One of those closet bedrooms was only big enough for a twin sized air mattress while the other was inside the bathroom that most of the guests would be using. Those rooms weren’t necessarily usable for the all adult group we had so 2 of our guests slept on the couches. In all, it was a good stay and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive to my messages and came right over when we had a water heater issue to fix it immediately.

Hi Bridget, was happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The listing description does clearly state that two of the bedrooms are converted walk-in closets and that there is a twin mattress bed and nightstand in each of the converted closet rooms. There are also several pictures of those two rooms in the listing photos. Always best to read listing descriptions and view photos before booking to ensure the property will be a good fit for a group of your size. Thank you for being respectful guests.

The host is excellent! We were staying over Christmas and the host called me to ask me if I wanted a Christmas tree in the property we were staying at. That was very thoughtful and caring. I have had many hosts, but this host is a great example why I chose to rent homes from VRBO. I also had an issue with a TV; I send the host a message about the TV and the host came and fixed the TV on Christmas eve. This host is by far my favorite, and thanks to him our Christmas was wonderful. If I am ever in Vegas again, I will be looking for his property again. Thanks very much for your hostility.
