This 7 bedroom, modern, Vegas themed decor house is the perfect place for guests wanting close proximity to the Strip & airport. Only a 5 min drive straight down Sunset blvd to the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign at the front of the strip! Same distance to the airport. The Raiders stadium, UNLV, and T mobile arena are all close by for sporting events aswell. This 2 story house has 2 master sized bedrooms, 3 standard rooms, and two converted closet bedrooms. Private backyard above ground pool. Sunset park is just across Eastern and has a children’s water park, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, frisbee golf , and a lake that is all open to the public.

Turn off the lights
Just a reminder check out is at 11am. Unless previously approved for a later check out time please be prompt as a cleaning team will be there at 11am to prep the house for the 3pm guests.
Please take out all of your trash to the outside bins, put dishes in washer, towels can be left in bathrooms. Maids will take care of the bed linens.
