Main Level offers beautiful large kitchen with granite countertops, mixture of stainless and black appliances with everything you need for a large family meal! Enjoy the comfort of solid red oak floors, eat in kitchen/dining area. Open floor plan to enjoy friends and family throughout. Enjoy the chilly nights with the gas fireplace. Queen bedroom, bathroom with a walk in shower and laundry on main floor. Upstairs offers master bedroom with king bed and bathroom suite. Additional large loft area for relaxing with sofa, and multiple games. Basement offers another queen bedroom and a bunkroom with 2 full bunks and a twin bed and a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The game room boasts another place to gather and spend time with the family laying foosball, ping pong, or pool. Enjoy the views from every floor. Take in the stars from the privacy of the large hot tub, 10’ wide wrap-around, fully covered deck or roast marshmallows at the fire ring.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true.
