About this space
This charming historic home is located just minutes from the beautiful quaint downtown area of Siloam Springs. It is also near biking & hiking trails, local restaurants, and Natural Falls State Park. There is so much to do in the NW Quadrant area! Please come and visit!
The space
My aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our home. Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. Our 3-tiered deck is such a nice place to relax and unwind. Come and check it out for yourself!
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire home, except for basement crawl space. The outdoor garage will not be available.
Other things to note
There will be a $100.00 fine for any evidence of smoking by our manager either in the home or on the property. Thank you for not smoking!

Great experience

Owners are great to work with and very responsive. We had six adults in our party and everyone was comfortable and happy with the choice. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect slice of downtown

We had the perfect place to hang our hats each evening after our seminar. Everything was neat and clean and very spacious. House was in a great location, just 5 minutes from The Park House restaurant which is a must visit!

Charming Place

I’ve been coming to Siloam Springs monthly for the past year and this was my first stay at this charming house. It was super clean, perfectly located and the property manager was super responsive!! It was more house than I needed but I will definitely stay here again!
