Stunning 2 BD Ocean View - Terraces Lt Bay
Welcome to Terraces Little Bay !
Treat yourself to the utmost stylish and modern ocean view apartment located in the exclusive Little Bay Hill .
This spacious environment, is designed to be enjoyed as a family, has a terrace with stunning sea views, private pool, one master suites ( Japanese king bed and a walking closet), one bedroom suite with two twin size beds ( could be converted to king size bed ).
The space
Recently released, this modern and comfortable space also offers: free internet, satellite TV, flat TV in the master room and living room, washing and drying machine, a safe box, and a backup electricity generator.
The kitchen of our apartment is fully equipped and you can prepare and enjoy your favorite dish as if you were at home.
Just off the kitchen you will find a small laundry room, equipped with a full size washing and drying machine.
Your pleasant comfort while being here is our priority. This apartment has sound insulation windows with air chamber, mattresses and pillows of superior quality.
You will also find snorkeling equipment, and beach towels.
If you decide to explore our deserted beaches, like Bay long and Plum Bay, among others, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella could be provided on a complimentary basis.
The units have independent entrances and a private staircase ( 18 steps ) will take you to the lower level, where your holidays will start.
Terraces is located on the top of Little Bay Hill. You will need a car ( we strongly recommend AWD or 4x4 ) not only to reach us, but also to access to the many beaches, restaurants and unlimited opportunities you will find in St Maarten along your stay. We are very close to the most important centers of attraction which are:
Airport Princess Juliana SXM – 12 minutes.
Supermarket – 5 minutes.
Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side of the island) 5 minutes.
Simpson Bay (lively entertainment area) 8 minutes.
Marigot (capital of the French side of the island) 10 minutes .
Just come down to Terraces, breath in the ocean air and feel the amazing breeze that refreshes our property.
