Designer Loft With Courtyard Views Near Downtown with rooftop!
Monthly luxurious fully furnished designer 900 sqft 1 Bed/2 Bath loft in a condo tower in Downtown Nashville with a rooftop terrace. Walking distance to 5 Points East Nash, Nissan Stadium, & a long walk or a short bike ride/Uber ride/scooter ride to Broadway Downtown Nash. Very convenient location.
Our Loft is in a Condo Building built right smack between Downtown and East Nashville. Very walkable! They call it European Zen. A mix between Euro and Japanese design. High ceilings, concrete floors, concrete pillars, floor to ceiling windows, and all white interior walls make it for a very modern loft.
We love our space and call it the Cozy Condo because its so comfy and quiet inside. Our unit faces away from the city into a quiet courtyard so it's a little oasis from all the hustle and bustle of the city.
We hope you stay at our place and love it as much as we do. We've hosted dozens and dozens of guests and haven't had a disappointed one yet!

At our loft you'll have access to everything inside our condo. You'll also have access to:
- Our Loft's Outdoor Balcony overlooking the courtyard
- Rooftop Terrace overlooking Nashville's Skyline
- Free Reserved Garaged Parking Spot.
- Secured access to building. We'll give you an electronic key FOB for entry to building. You'll be very safe.
- BBQ Grill in common area.
