Beautiful mountain home in the gated community near the capital of SP.

The house is unique! Was featured in Kaza magazine for its originality and location. It is decorated with collection of pieces brought from the five continents, in particular Africa.

The house hosts up to nine people. It has three bedrooms, one suite upstairs with 18 m² bathroom including spa bath and shower. The floor also has an office with fireplace and balcony attachments.

The other two bedrooms are downstairs, and one has twin beds and the other two bunk beds and another auxiliary bed, served by a single bathroom with shower and toilet. The counter with two sinks is separated and can be used simultaneously.

On the ground floor there is a small TV room, living room with fireplace, dining room, deck with barbecue and kitchen. Downstairs is located the laundry, another full bath, a sauna with glass picture window to the garden and a shower. In the external space as a garden of 2000 m², with pizza I form and seating area. The condo is extremely safe. Sits atop the mountain, with a single input protected by security guards 24 hours a day. There is a club that has a complete leisure infrastructure located 700 meters from the house. Itapetinga Park: The Mountain Club condo is there 1200 meters high, in a nature reserve with more than 180 springs that flow into a beautiful and vast river made especially for the tenants. For the more adventurous, there are several trails in the native forest, inhabited by wild animals. The condo, located in Atibaia, is still famous internationally for having the second best air in the world, according to UNESCO data.
