Welcome to Parkite on Main. This luxury complex is situated in the heart and center of Park City. The central location offers prime ski access via the Town Lift (five minute walk or complimentary trolly ride) and with Main Street (Old Town) just downstairs and out the door you have restaurants, shopping, galleries, entertainment and more at your doorstep.

The high end townhouse spares no expense, offering luxury modern furnishings and interior design spanning 2318 square feet of living space between two floors. Chef's kitchen, two living rooms, luxury bedrooms, fireplaces and more, featuring views of Park City's mountains, combine to create a comfortable and spacious mountain retreat that can sleep up to 12 people.

Luxury living continues outdoors with the home featuring with multiple patios, private hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, grill, gas fire table and views.

On the main level, you will find the master suite which features a king-sized bed, patio access, a fireplace, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. All other suites are on the lower level of the home. In the junior master, enjoy a king bed; patio access; ensuite bathroom; fireplace; and flatscreen TV. The third suite is furnished with two queen beds, a fireplace, and flatscreen TV. The fourth guest suite features a king bed, patio access, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace.

The two living rooms are both furnished with comfortable and stylish seating arrangements, flatscreen TVs, and fireplaces. The upper-level patio features a private fire table surrounded by comfortable outdoor seating, while the second patio features a private hot tub; perfect for a soak after a long day on hill.

This very special Parkite residence creates the unique feeling of a private home while still offering the security and desired amenities of a condominium complex. The secure building requires a keycode for the main entry doors and elevator use. Parking is available via a secure tunnel on Swede Alley, one complimentary parking space is available. The aesthetically pleasing lobby is staffed during the daytime and early evening. Enjoy the lounge and fireplace in the lobby before heading out to ski or for an evening on Main Street. The intimate property's rooftop deck features two gas fire tables, heat lamps, ping-pong, comfortable seating with amazing views of Park City. Trails are a short walk from the property's rear entrance, while fully equipped fitness center is onsite.

Lovely townhouse. Had everything we needed for 6 adults and two children. Grill and hot tub were a welcome extra. Outdoor fire table was also used several times and warm when grilling. Kitchen was well equipped and great to use. Bedrooms were comfortable and arranged so each couple had privacy. Bathrooms were nice, especially the downstairs master. Would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Parkite. This was our fourth ski trip to Park City and not our first time working with Utopian. We were looking for a home that offered easy access to skiing and all the great restaurants and entertainment downtown has to offer. This unit was spacious, stylish, and a convenient home base. The Parkite is beautiful and right off of Main Street. The unit itself was meticulously decorated, well laid out and had amazing entertainment spaces inside and outside. It looks just like the photos. It was nice to be right in the middle of town. It made it easy to get to bars, restaurants and onto the slopes. 5-stars from a very happy group of travelers!
