A truly unique experience in the HEART of Northwest Arkansas, nestled a stone’s throw from the most walkable area in Northwest Arkansas, the beautiful downtown Rogers. A short drive to the lake and Walmart AMP! This downtown oasis features an open floor plan, bursting with amenities. Staying in for the night? Plenty of TV’s, a temperature controlled GAMEROOM, Bike work station (not pictured), outdoor dining, a relaxing fire pit and plenty of seating will make it a memorable stay!

Clean and comfortable bedrooms with some unique amenities such as (4) wireless charges for smart phones, a kitchen equipped for cooking, laundry room, coffee bar with complimentary k-cups, hair dryers in each downstairs bathroom and flexible check-in with secure digital door locks! Upstairs is an excellent kids space that is an open room with two beds, a full bathroom and plenty of seating, great for a play area! The gameroom features plenty of games for the family, a custom Northwest Arkansas mural where selfies are encouraged, exercise equipment and a bike repair stand/work station for those interested in Northwest Arkansas top tier trail systems. There are also area recommendations for dining, biking, concerts and more just inside the entry from the back porch! The fire pit outback is a shared space with the other unit on the property, so that is on a first come first serve basis, but sharing is encouraged! Who knows, you might make a friend!

Parking is shared for the small detached guest house on the property which is also used as an AirBnB. The only common space is the fire pit.

Dry clean and detailed to make it comfortable. Quiet neighborhood- our family enjoyed the activity room and how spacious the entire house was. The additional studio was perfect for our loud teens playing video games! We will stay at this location again.

We had and amazing time staying at this house. Hunter was very attentive, as a host. The house was very clean and in a great location. Would most definitely recommended this location to stay in if you visit northwest Arkansas.

Incompetent, lazy, & DANGEROUS situation due to host failing to cancel our booking (supposedly). We received check in instructions day of check in after booking stay months in advance. Lucky for us the keypad to the entrance was dead, bc behind the door was a giant pit bull. Trash, clothes, & another dog were on the property. We left for a hotel. Host finally responded next morning & claims VRBO failed to cancel our booking due to a flood. VRBO claims to have no knowledge or record of this. VRBO & the host have been a nightmare to deal with trying to receive a refund. Currently on hold a week later for 1 last try before I dispute all the charges on my CC. We would NEVER trust staying with this host again & thankful the keypad was dead. Who knows what would've happened with the giant pit bull, had we walked through that door.

Fantastic stay in Rogers

This spot was perfect for our group of mountain bikers. Accommodated the six of us with plenty of space. We loved the large garage to store our bike and ample parking space. Lots of fun games to play, close ride to the Railyard and a short walk to downtown Rogers.

Fall getaway in Arkansas

This property was exactly as described and more. My group of 7 adults had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This house was close to Springdale where we took the train to Van Buren and back to seee the fall foliage.

We thought the house was wonderful. On the post it needs to indicate that the upstairs is not 2 bedrooms. Also there were no hand towels, only 6 towels for 8 people, no extra toilet paper or trash bags. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to stay even though it lacked a few things. There were no kitchen dishcloths or towels. The right sink in the master bath was plugged and not draining well. Needs a little attention in these areas. Would be happy to stay there again.

We were in Arkansas for a softball tournament. We shared the home with another family on the team! The space was perfect! The kids loved the pickleball court and the game room! Our stay got cut short due to a tornado coming through but would book this home again if we were in the area!

This property was perfect for our group of 7! Plenty of space and even space to hangout and play games in the garage! We stayed for a concert at the AMP and was just a short Uber ride away. Host was easy to communicate with a very quick with responses! We will definitely be back and use this place again.

Great place to stay!

This property is fantastic! Very clean with everything you need! The beds are comfortable with super cozy bedding. The game room was wonderful for the kids (and the adults may have had a lot of fun, too 😉). Netflix access, Jenga, a coffee maker, wireless chargers, the list goes on. Owners were quick to respond and easy to reach. Will definitely book here again when returning to this area!

Three-generation get-away

My husband, three kids (13, 10 and 6), and my in-laws stayed here for a weekend just to get out of the city and give the kids and grandparents some time together. This home was the perfect set-up for us. The game room and basketball / pickleball court allowed us to get off the screens and play together without having to make plans, reservations, or drive anywhere. There were activities for all ages--6 to 78!The neighborhood was quite, and just 2 blocks from a grocery store and a wonderful ped/bike path that takes you the half mile into downtown. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the farmers market, and a fantastic playground/spray park that the kids loved.The kids are already asking when we can come back and the in-laws said it was a wonderful trip.Also, our hosts were incredible responsive. Any time I had a question or need, they responded nearly immediately with a solution. I felt like they were committed to us having a great experience at their home.

Roomy and beautifully decorated

PROS: Comfortable, attractive place to stay, Allows one-night rentals. Rooms are large. Cordless phone chargers were a nice feature in the bedrooms and kitchen. Coffee bar was a nice touch. CONS: No wifi instructions so had to email the host. The bathroom I used could have been cleaner on the base of the toilet and the floor around the toilet. Damp pillowcases were left on the sofa from the previous visitors. Biggest frustration was that we couldn't find the location. The address was listed as south instead of north. Had to contact VRBO for help. I was traveling with my elderly parents and we were tired from the drive so it wasn't a good start to our visit. This affected our plans for the evening and was extremely frustrating.

I understand that frustration here and have addressed the issues. - Pillow cases had fallen out of the sheets after coming out of dryer and we’re not picked up, but we’re clean and not from previous guest. -VRBO’s integration specialist changed “North” to “South” in the listing and I’m not able to manually change it. They have to. -We’ve since RE-caulked the toilets to make they area more visually pleasing, although it was clean. I hope you understand that we take hosting very seriously and only want to get better with each stay. Thank you for your review and we’d love ti have you back anytime!
