During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Not great. The hot tub was dirty from the time we got there we followed instruction on adding the chlorine and it never improved. I had to make everyone get out last night because it was so gross. There were boogers on all the top bunk rails and walls the dishwasher couldn't be fixed. The air hockey table couldn't be fixed. All the boxes of puzzles were mixed up with each other and strands of hair. A lot of the things that were advertised as amenities weren't up to par. in our opinion, it was a lot of money for a below average place.
We took are family to Playin at the pond and we had a large group and everybody enjoyed it. The cabin had everything we could possibly need and more to make our stay the best possible. Awesome place awesome owner.
Our family & friends had a great time. We had 11 in our party and the accommodations were perfect!! Listing didn't note the 2 miles of unpaved roads to get there or that one of the king beds/bathroom was separated from the main house. We had a few issues at check-in but they responded quickly to address them. Once on the main road, it was close to everything! If we take a big group again, we'd definitely book again!

Amazing summer vacation
The entire cabin is a work of art to spend your holidays with your family, 100% recommended. The pond has some good fish to catch, board games for the kids, the kitchen. Everything is perfect.
This is a very nice and accommodating property for all ages. Very clean and modern. Obvious that it is quite new (which means everything sometimes with short terms) and has been taking very good care of - we would absolutely stay there again!
We played all the games, fished, soaked in tub, huddled around the firepit and hung out on patio. It's beautiful. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Playin by the Pond. Such a great house with every amenity you could want. We went fishing in the pond had s’mores by the fire pit played pickle ball and basketball swam in the creek cooked out burgers on the grill played video games and shuffle board. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 3 families and the bathrooms were large and stocked with clean towels shampoo and body wash. Also close to town and all the restaurants and shops. Overall the house was perfect for our 4th of July stay!

Property was even better than pictures show. Family of 14 total had a comfortable place to sleep. We went for walks, played pickleball, shuffleboard was fun but we did need to level it a little with playing cards. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the many areas to sit on the porch and the automatic fireplaces made getting warm super easy. Would definitely recommend and return!
Three couples Pickleball getaway. There is nothing that could be done to make this property better. Every single thing is thoughtful and well executed from the linens to the Pickleball court.

Awesome Stay at Treeline Cabin
We just got back from a fantastic stay at Playin' At The Pond in Broken Bow, and it was a blast! The place had everything we needed and more. We spent a ton of time on the basketball and pickleball courts – it was great having those right there. Plus, we even caught a fish in the pond, so yes, there are definitely fish in there! The whole setup was perfect for a chill and fun getaway. If you're looking for a cool spot to relax and have a good time, I’d definitely recommend this Treeline Vacation Rentals Cabin.
The weekend was great! Check-in was seamless except the extended bedroom had a code that wasn’t given to me but one phone call and issue solved. The pond was stocked but small bass fish. They were so small that we threw them back in the pond. We followed the Check out process but it seemed as though we cleaned the place for the cleaners. Overall the place was very nice and relaxing. Game room was fun as well. . Be prepared for dirt roads in route to the cabin.
We loved our stay at "Playin at the Pond". Our family decided to spend a long weekend together for Pappy's 70th birthday. The kids loved the place. There was plenty of beds for everyone and plenty to do. In fact, the kids did not want to go to the state park. They just wanted to stay to play pickleball and basketball, air hockey and other games and they could not wait until dark to roast marshmallows for s'mores. We even took a few walks through the neighborhood and fished in the pond. Our only complaint was the roads to get there. There was a two mile rock road from the highway to the cabin and it was hard on our cars. Had we known ahead of time, we would have brought our trucks or jeeps.

Lovely and Great cabin for family trip
I booked this cabin in October for July 2024 trip. I wanted to be sure to stay at this one. It has a separate King bedroom and bathroom for like a mother-in-law suite or grandma and grandpa suite. It is great. Has everything you need and also has so much available to enjoy the whole trip without leaving the area.
All the games are great, Basketball, pickleball, fishing in pond, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, board games, puzzles and card games.
Great appointments to the whole cabin.
I recommend this cabin to anyone that wants family time with each other. Great for competitions in all games with several people.
Great house. It was fine for what we needed it for. The property was clean, the beds were nice, and the bathrooms were clean. My issue was the kitchen setup. It lacks several prep items, such as bowls and utensils, to cook with. It is not a well-stocked kitchen, and you would have difficulty cooking a full meal (as I did) if that is your plan. There are zero mixing bowls. 2 small stainless steel ones, and that's it. The towels in the bathrooms were of cheaper quality, a basic hotel towel. The rug in the living room is extremely dirty and stained; although the couch was comfortable, it was also stained in several areas. There was plenty of space inside the home. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. There are ample better cabins in Hocatown with better accommodations.
