Attached is a luxurious bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and an enormous jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you will also find an awesome living space, two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and a full bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower as well as a beautiful deck with beautiful views off the living space.
On the same property there is an attached casita with a private entrance that features another king bedroom and large ensuite bathroom.

Beautiful, modern home in great location in Austin

Absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful home! So much space, wonderful outdoor areas and rooftop lounge and the service was top notch. We highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back! You won’t find a house better than this in Austin for a group or family.

Why they chose this property

I've been a part of this neighborhood for 25 years. Driving down Barton Hills Drive at night and seeing the lights of downtown never gets old. Stopping by Barton Springs several times a week still hasn't gotten old. Being close to everything is perfect. Running on the trails around the lake has been a part of my life for over 30 years. My one living requirement is to be within a 1 mile radius of Barton Springs.

What makes this property unique

I purchased this property in 2010 and finally started the design work in 2020. I designed and built this house to be highly visible and special. As you drive up Barton Hills drive from the park, it is the defining house. Everyone sees this house every day and it's designed to be noticed and special.
