Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be removed to the exterior trash cans. Please remove all trash from the deck & porch areas as well.
Place thermostats to auto 70 degrees
Do Not leave windows or doors open. The bugs are attracted to light and will fill the home resulting in additional fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
