Sweet bungalow in walkable West Asheville
This is urban dwelling at it's best! A nice, quiet, cul de sac street just 2 blocks off the main street in West Asheville. My home has the original wood floors throughout and the original 1923 bathtub for wonderful soaks after a long day. A second bath and a Master Suite has been added with a new deck and upper seating area complete with fire pit. The 3rd bedroom is being used as an office/art space - so feed your creative spirit here!
The house has many fine restaurants and breweries within walking distance and is an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Asheville and the popular River Arts District.
