Waterfront Beauty 10-guests, Dock, Kayaks and more


This is a secluded, exclusive, unique property. Open water in the best neighborhood in Marathon. Large open living area, kitchen, and dining. Sail out for the best fishing in the world. Marathon is known for its beaches and barrier reefs, loggerhead turtles' nests with a sandy shoreline, and mangrove creek. We offer paddle boards and kayaks.
We DO NOT offer a hot tub, the circle is a sitting area in the pool

Please note: In the winter you may see seaweed, there is very little we can do about it due to environmental regulations.

Kindly, book your pets at the time of the reservation, unapproved pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Please keep in mind the following fees and let us know if you bring any of these...
Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock
Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay)

We have exteriors cameras that is directed towards the dock. Only records dock and lake activity. Located on the back wall by the pool.

Kindly please do not turn off the cameras, they are there for liability reasons and safety. If you tamper with the outdoor cameras, we will charge a fee of $1,500 per camera.

The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 bedroom has a bathroom attached, Rooms 2 & 3: Share 1 bathroom.

Note: you may experience floating seaweed, they are typically seasonal, washing ashore in coastal areas of the Florida Keys. The scale of these natural blooms often means there is not much direct intervention that can prevent the seaweed from reaching the shore, as the user noted.

Spectacular views and sunsets next to the ocean

The house was spotless and it had lots of amenities including kitchen supplies and outdoor furniture. Of course, the highlights are the breathtaking views plus the pool and it was so lovely to have a dock exclusively for us.

Exceeds Expectations! An Unforgettable Stay in Marathon

Superb!!! Best-ever stay. We were so pleasantly surprised, as the pictures were okay, but the house is so much better. We kayaked, grilled, and used the pool. We explored Curry Hammock State Park by Kayak, watched sunsets, and enjoyed the refreshing dipping pool at the end of our long days. There is so much to do around, from Key West (just 40 minutes away) to explore the restaurants in Marathon; the house was wonderful, but the town is truly quaint, too.

Everything you need this home has it

The house was in a great location for us. So private, easy walk to the pool and next to the water. We took walks each morning. Hosts were quick to respond if we had questions. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice that the place had several chairs and furniture to rest outside. We had a great stay and the weather could not have been better!

This home is beautiful and has everything you could need. I asked multiple questions I had and they responded right away. They checked in through out our stay to make sure everything was going well. We felt like it was our home away from home. I would 110% recommend staying in this beautiful house to enjoy a fantastic week in The Keys.

Incredible experience!

Wow! We enjoyed this beautiful home and had everything we could possibly need. The house has more than you need and it is clean and the beds are very comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable and the outdoors are amazing. I can’t describe just how special this home feels. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house

This is an amazing, extraordinary and absolute beautiful house. It is not only nicely decorated, gorgeous interior and directly next to the ocean, it is also stand alone without direct neighbors. That is especially important, as almost all other houses are really directly next to each other. You can enjoy the pool, you have a stunning view from the patio, the house is equipped with everything that you need and you can just spend the time of your life. I travelled with my family only and enjoyed it very much! Absolutely recommended and we will come back for sure.

Good little spot for a family or small group

Property was at the north end of Marathon so short drive to restaurants, stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet we really felt like we were the only ones there which was great. House was clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, working grill, plenty of towels/sheets/blankets/pillows. There was a dock that we used for boat rental and were able to keep it there overnight which was awesome. The pool area is definitely a little dated, not great water flow so it was a little stagnant and I would guess gets pretty warm in the summer (we were there in mid-May and it was already approaching 90 degrees). Our primary issue with the house/location was a very strong [and bad] smell of standing water (I assume from the marsh area just inland of the house) and the abundance of seaweed floating around the cove. We were told by the property manager there was nothing they could do to clean it up due to "town ordinances". It was so strong that we really didn't enjoy being outside much which was unfortunate since the outdoor area was one of the main reasons we chose the property in the first place. They also need to clean up all of the old chairs and junk lying around the sides of the house, pool and garage. Overall it was fine for our vacation since we were out on the boat most of the day but if you are planning to enjoy pool area during the day you are rolling the dice with that smell in the air.
