2 Blocks to Boat Dock/ramp Swimming and Fishing. There is Public Hunting on the Wildlife Area you can walk to. "Read rules regarding Hunting on Wildlife Areas" The Cabin sits on two lots all fenced in with locks. Security lights. Plenty of room for boats,side by sides ect. The Decks are Great in the Morning for Coffee. Nice Spacious Cabin. Internet, 2 TVs Netflix and other Apps on TV. Cards and games! All you need is Food,Drinks and personal Items!. Grocery Store has gas,ice order Breakfast, lunch ect., Bar and Restaurant close. 3 Blocks. Nice Historic Theater in Carnegie Okla. Low price and Great Show Dogs. Grocery store and more Shops in this Cute Town. Big Backyard,firepit and Grill. Table for cleaning your fish next the Electricity for that fileting Knife. Great Fishing and Hunting here!! We live a few blocks away. We are here to help you or answer any questions you may have! We Value are Guests. We have made many friends!!

Memorial Day Weekend at Ft Cobb

The cabin was perfect! The location was perfect! We had the opportunity to meet Kelli and she was amazing! I had forgotten to bring some items and she graciously showed up providing them for us! We will definitely stay here again! Highly Recommend!

Nice weekend at Fort Gibbs State Park

Clean house, decent beds, big kitchen and living room with plenty of cooking utensils. Nice porch for sitting outside. Only complaint (and was not a big deal for us) is the description says 2 bath but it is 1 1/2 bath for accuracy. Kelli is a great host and communicated very well with us at all times

Lake house

Overall the property was ok. The first night after using the sink in the half bath the smell was unbearable. The back half of the house was unusable that night. We called the owner immediately. They sent a plumber the next morning and that issue was resolved. One of the 3 bedrooms had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival. There was a random undergarment left from a previous tenant. The room had an unpleasant odor like stale cigarettes. There were plenty of bath towels but were worn. The owner was quick to respond and made check in/out progress easy.

Why they chose this property

I Love being at the Lake. It is so relaxing, Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets!! It's a great Place to recharge before going back to your normal life! The Community here there are some Great People. We have a Great Fire Department with trained EMTs. That can help in a matter of minutes, they live here.

What makes this property unique

The location is Awesome, the Cabin sets between both boat docks. The Decks are so Nice to sit and relax and fix that fishing line and drink Coffee!
